Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • I DO draw semi-real/human, anthro/furry, my little pony, anime, and other cartoonish styles. I am more than happy to try new styles.
  • I DO NOT draw NSFW, fetishes, gore, and mechs. However I am fine drawing revealing clothing, slight blood, and some robot parts.

PAYMENTS

They will be done though paypal invoices, cashapp, or venmo. Either a full payment or 50% down payment is required before starting your commission. This is to ensure security for both client and artist, I want to ensure that payment is set in place before starting so there is no wasted time or suspicious activity on the client's side, and a 50% down payment option is given to the client's side for the same reasons.

REVISIONS

I will give periodic updates with every step of the process. I believe transparency is required in providing the best possible results to my clients. This should avoid many revisions.

However, if there are any major revisions, where I will need to completely redo a step in the workflow process, an additional ($10-50) charge will be issued to you per workflow needing to be redone.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I make it a priority to be on time. However, I will be communicating with my clients openly if anything happens that pauses the process or causes delays. Deadlines are based on each client. If you have a specific deadline please list it in DM.

REFUNDS

  • Deposits are NON refundable if the project is already in progress.
  • If I am unable to complete the final project or if there are any unreasonable delays you are entitled to a 50% refund if the commission if already in progress upon request.
  • If I have NOT started your project yet, and you decide to cancel the project, a 100% refund will be issued to you upon request.

USE

Commercial use (streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase. Merchandising fees are ser as an option, and will require 20% fee on top of final commission price.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain the rights to your work. I will be able to use your commission as promotional content and portfolio work for future commissions. Please inform me in the request if you consent to WIPs (works in progress) social media posts while I am working on your project, or if you'd rather me post WIPs and the finished after-the-fact once your project is done.

COMMUNICATION

Communication will be in the form of DMs through you choice in social media, though I am most active on Discord.

I will communicate any concerns/changes/timeline increases this with you upon accepting your commission. I will make sure to give periodic updates with every step of the process. These updates include low resolution, watermarked screenshots and/or videos. I send updates in these forms to avoid potential suspicious activity.
